[Placeholder — replace with Matt's lesson]

Sit tall but relaxed, with the guitar resting on your leg and your shoulders loose. Your fretting hand should be able to move freely along the neck.

Check in with your neck, shoulders and wrists a few times each session. Tension is a sign to pause and reset.

Practice

Suggested: 3 minutes

[Placeholder — replace with Matt's lesson]

Set up your seat and guitar, then hold the position for a minute without playing. Notice anything that feels tight and adjust.

Keep practicing this one. Marking the lesson complete means you've worked through it, not that you've mastered it.
